Part of our commitment to integrated agriculture includes being available to discuss with the consumer the differences between industrial production and the organic model. We make contact through the farmers' markets and are working with a local school on a curriculum that will provide hands-on experience with livestock and farm-to-table produce. Cal Poly University has used our farm as an example of small-scale farmstead dairying. We accept tour groups for a small fee, and classes on gardening, cheese making, and safe food preservation can be arranged.
